摘要
随着21世纪的到来,人们的生活节奏不断加快,工作压力不断加大,与此同时,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,养生、休闲日益成为吸引人们度假的重要方式之一。而温泉具有医疗养生、保健美容、释放精神等功效,这正符合当代消费者的需求。很多企业家正是看准温泉休闲旅游这个朝阳产业的巨大市场,在全国各地遍地开花地进行温泉度假村的开发建设。
御温泉度假村作为众多度假村的一员,它开创了内地温泉养生休闲旅游市场,在不到一、两年的时间里就在全国建立起了知名度,是温泉度假村的第一品牌。它存在着哪些优势,又有哪些不足,同时它又何抓住现有机遇,对于威胁它又如何面对,如何设计自己特色与创新?这些问题将在本论文中寻找到答案。本论文主要通过对我国温泉度假村的发展现状及存在的问题进行简要的分析,以我的实习单位-御温泉度假村作为研究对象,运用SWOT分析工具来分析御温泉的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并在此基础上对其提出对策,以期对企业的发展具有借鉴作用。
