浅谈预应力钢绞线设计

摘要:介绍钢绞线的性能参数,先张法预应力钢绞线施工过程中的预应力损失和减少各种损失的措施,预应力钢绞线的破坏分析等内容。受益于国家大规模基础建设,我国预应力钢绞线行业得到高速发展,满足了建筑业的需要。目前,在我国,预应力技术得到了广泛的应用,预应力结构已经成为我国工程建设领域中的一种主要结构材料,预计在未来将会得到越来越大的发展。预应力钢绞线是预应力行业中应用较广的金属制品,因此我们需要对钢绞线有一定的了解。

Abstract: To introduce the performance parameter of strand, loss of prestress in the construction process of pretensioning prestressed stee l strand and measures of reduce losses, failure analysis of prestressed stee l strand and so to the large- scale basic construction in China, the domestic prestressed strands industry had been well developed and met the demands of the architectural industry. At present, in China, prestressed technique has been widely used. Prestressed structure has e in the field of construction in China, a major structural materials. Expected within the next will get bigger and bigger development. Prestressed steel strand is prestressed industry wide application in metal products,so we need to have certain knowledge of strand.
