慢性前列腺炎患者的心理护理干预效果及生存质量分析

【摘要】目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎患者的心理护理干预效果及生存质量。方法:选取96例慢性前列腺炎患者进行对照研究,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采取心理护理干预;对比两组患者护理前后的心理状态、生存质量改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子评分均显著降低,且与对照组护理后对比,均具有显著性(P<);护理后,观察组生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、周围环境评分显著升高,且与对照组护理后对比,均具有显著性(P<)。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者的心理护理干预效果确切,可显著改善患者的心理状态,提高生存质量,值得临床推广作用。
