无痛人流前后予以患者健康教育的价值研讨

【摘要】目的:探究无痛人流前后予以患者健康教育的价值。方法:选取114例进行无痛人流未婚女性进行本次实验研究,采取随机数字表法将人流患者随机分为研究组(57例)与参照组(57例),参照组患者实施人流常规护理,研究组在其基础上予以患者人流前后健康教育,对比两组患者术后并发症情况及无痛人流了解度、患者满意度。结果:术后研究组并发症率低于参照组,患者无痛人流了解率及满意率均高于参照组,P均<,差异具有统计学意义。结论:无痛人流患者护理工作十分重要,而在手术前后予以患者必要的健康教育也十分重要,可很大程度提升患者对手术的了解程度,改善患者认知,降低术后并发症,提升患者满意度。
