氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物临床不良反应分析

【摘要】目的研究分析氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用后不良反应的特点,增大其临床应用的合理性。方法选取我院2013年12月至2014年12月应用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物产生不良反应的患者60例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果分析资料得产生不良反应的病患中年龄>55岁占70%,<55占30%;男性80%,女性20%,差异均具有统计学意义。患者使用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物中左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星后的不良反应发生率较高。此类药物对神经系统的损害最为严重。结论氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物引起的不良反应较多,在临床应用中需综合考虑患者身体素质,加强管理和规范使用,提高用药安全性。
