血站采血护士职业暴露的预防及处理

【摘要】目的:探讨血站采血的职业危害与防护方法,并探索相应的防护措施。方法:观察每日采血流程方法和质量管理体系,了解采血职业的危害和安全措施。结果:空气消毒,化学因素,锐器刺伤,接触到血液和接触受污染的血液和心理因素是采血护士常见的职业危害。采血护士应提高自我保护意识,严格按照标准的做法,以防止职业危害。结论:加强职业风险保障血液管理,加强职业安全教育,严格执行控制程序,定期或不定期进行安全检查,采血工作人员应加强自我保护意识,严格执行各项操作过程中,这将进一步降低感染血源性疾病的风险。
