雷公藤多苷片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效 黑龙江省绥化市庆安县中医院黑龙江庆安 152400 摘要:目的:探讨雷公藤多苷片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月到2016年3月于我院就诊的慢性特发性荨麻疹患者共90例,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组患者各45例,对照组患者入院之后给予患者雷公藤多苷片治疗;观察组患者在对照组药物治疗的基础之上,再联合采用白芍总苷胶囊进行治疗,两组患者在接受为期2个月的治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:%,%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。观察组患者的不良反应和复发率均明显低于对照组,结论:雷公藤多苷片联合白芍总苷胶囊对慢性特发性荨麻疹有的治疗效果非常显著,值得在临床上大量推广使用。 关键词:雷公藤多苷片;白芍总苷胶囊;慢性特发性荨麻疹 Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods:a totalof 2015 March to 2016 march in chronic idiopathic urticaria patients with a total of 90 cases of our hospital,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group with 45 cases in each.
