摘要: 目前,竞争日趋激烈,对深圳和香港港口采取何种经营策略提出了挑战,以降价的方式获取货源的竞争方式最终只会带来各港口利润的降低,无序的竞争也势必影响地区经济的长远发展,因此变更经营策略已成为深港港口的燃眉之急。竞争促进发展,促进合作,竞争是客观存在的,同时竞争的客观存在也有其一定的范围和限度,随着经济的发展和共同利益的驱使,各港口利用互补优势形成了战略联盟,港口之间的合作关系也逐渐大于竞争关系,实现较高层次上的竞合已成为一种趋势,一种必然。文章介绍了深港两地港口的现状和发展前景,在两地港口的发展、竞争和合作的问题上作了研究,指出了深港两地港口的竞争措施。

Shenzhen and Hongkong petition cooperation strategy
Abstract: At present, competition is increasingly fierce, taken to the ports of Shenzhen and Hong Kong business strategy presents a challenge, to lower prices for petition will eventually lead to lower profits ports, petition is bound to affect the regional economy long-term development and change business strategy has e the urgent needs of the port of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Competition for development, and promote cooperation, competition is an objective, the objective existence petition has its scope and limits, as driven by economic development and mon interests of the port to use plementary strengths to form a strategic alliance between the port relations of cooperation gradually greater than petition, competing on a higher level has e a trend and a necessity. The article describes the status and development prospects of the Hong Kong and Shenzhen ports, made in the development of the ports, competition and cooperation on the issue, pointed out the measures petition in the
port of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
