摘    要:
现阶段我衡车主要存在“路权”未定, 不法生产, 事故频发, 责任难定, 难以禁止的问题, 这些问题制约了平衡车产业的持续发展。为解决这些问题, 结合我衡车“有限”路权、严打不法生产、加强侵权处理、推动标准建设、进行区分对待的系列对策, 实现衡车产业的健康发展和衡。

Abstract:
At present, balanced vehicles exist some problems which include the " rights of way" undecided, illegal production, frequent accidents, liability will be difficult and difficult to problems have restricted the sustainable development of the balanced vehicle order to solve these problems, combined with the present situation of our country, we should recognize the balanced car has limited right, strike illegal production, strengthen tort handling, promote the standard of infringement and so on, so as to realize the balance between the healthy development of the balance of the car industry and national travel convenience.
