冷成型钢冷作强化计算方法探讨

摘要主要介绍了美国 AISI规范、加拿大 S136规范和中国 GB50018—2002规范中冷成型钢冷作强化的计算方
法及其理论依据,以90。冷成型钢圆角为例分析了各规范的计算结果,并且与厚壁冷成型钢试验数据进行了对比,
结果表明我国 GB50018规范的计算方法相对保守,可用于厚壁冷成型钢,且应用简便,具有较好的通用性和可靠
性,并能够满足工程要求。这为我国现行《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018—2002)对壁厚限制进行修正提
供了一定的依据。
