高压变频矿井提升机电控系统设计 摘要 矿井提升机常被人们称为矿山的咽喉,是矿山最重要的关键设备。传统矿井提升机控制系统采用机械的继电器-接触器控制,技术落后,精度差,保护不可靠,采用PLC的电控系统代替传统的机械式控制系统,从而使矿井提升机的控制性能得到极大的改善。 本文设计的矿井提升机电控系统,具有数字行程监控、提升机工作过程控制、安全保护和遇故障制动控制的功能,从而有效的保证提升系统安全可靠的运行。主控系统采用三菱 FX2N系列PLC完成各种功能实现;TDR-J360-RE轴编码器连接在电机高速轴作为速度检测元件;HIVERT-YVF型变频器作为系统调速设备。从而实现整套系统运行的安全性、稳定性、可靠性。 关键词矿井提升机 PLC 变频调速电控系统 Abstract Mine Hoist are often referred to as the throat of mines, which is the most important mining equipment. Traditional mine hoist control system uses mechanical relay - access control. Using the PLC electronic control system to replace the traditional mechanical control system because of backward technology, poor accuracy and protection is not reliable .so that the mine hoist control of a performance gains great improvement. The winch designed in this paper upgrade electronic control systems, having digital surveillance programmer to enhance the work of process control, security protection and control function confronting the case of braking failure, and thus effectively raise the guarantee system of safe and reliable operation. Main Control system using Mitsubishi FX2N pleted series of function to achieve; TDR-J360-RE-axis encoder connected the high-speed motor shaft as the speed detection devices; HIVERT-YVF installed with counter-converter system is considered as the Speed Equipment. Thus the security, stability, reliability to the Operation of the entire system is achieved.
