超声和临床方法估计胎儿体重的比较

摘要目的:用超声和临床方法,四个公式估计胎儿体重,以比较其准确性。方法:用超声和临床方法对425 例单胎头位无并发症的孕妇在第一产程估计胎儿体重,并与出生时实际体重进行比较。结果:425例中,胎儿体重从2000~4500g,±%±%。除公式①外其它公式所估计体重无明显差异,而公式①与其它公式所得体重差异显著。结论:公式①是最精确的估计胎儿体重的方法。

Abstract Objective To determine the accuracy of various methods for estimating fetal weight at labor . Method Fetal weight predicted by different methods , these methods were ultrasound and clinical methods. ultrasound methods used equations ①and②, clinical methods used equations③and④.We evaluated prospectively the four equations for accuracy in determining fetal weight during labor . examination were perfomed on 425 pations at 35~42 weeks gestion with singleton cephalic presentation who had plication of pregnancy in the first stage of labor .scatterplots of actual birthweight versus estimated weight were produced with data for the four equations. Results of the 425 babies studies, the birthweigt ranged from 2000g to 4500g, the mean error for the quations ranged between ±% to ±%, there was a significant difference between the first and the other equations. Conclusion the first equation is the most accurate method for predicting fetal weight for patients in labor at term.

胎儿体重是决定分娩能否正常进行的要素之一,胎儿体重的估计是产程中经常的估计,估计的准确与否关系到产程处理的正确性,本研究选用常用的超声和临床方法,四个公式估计胎儿体重,旨在找出更为精确的估计
