摘要
新经济的一个显著标志是电子商务的高速发展及广泛应用。电子商务极大的
改变了企业的管理环境和管理理念,拓宽了企业管理的范围和内容,电子商务将越来越成为企业重要的生存方式和经营方式。但是,电子商务作为一种无纸化、无场所化的新兴产业,企业传统内部控制已不能满足网络环境的要求,这必然给企业的财务内部控制带来新的问题和挑战,如何利用现代信息技术改进企业财务内部控制模式,就成为企业能否解决管理过程中出现的一系列问题、实现富有灵活性的信息导向管理模式的关键所在。加强电子商务时代企业财务内部控制,有利于企业发展、经济稳定和社会和谐。因此,深入研究电子商务环境下企业财务内部控制模式的特征和构建途径,具有理论和实践两方面意义。

ABSTRACT
One of the remarking symbols of new economics is rapid development of expansive application of merce, which has changed management environment and management idea of corporation greatly,and has extended the scopeand essence of corporation is ing animportant style of exist and development. However, since merce is akind of new industry without paper and place, the demand of environment hasbeen beyond the traditional internal control of corporation, which brings newproblems and challenges to internal control of corporation. How to improve internalcontrol system using modern information technology is a key to solving manyproblems that corporations often face, and to realizing a flexible management modelwith information leading. merce enterprises to strengthen the financial internal control, is conducive to enterprise development, economic stability and social harmony Consequently, it is theoretically andpractically useful to explore the characters of modern internal control system and anapproach to construct it, pare traditional and modern internal control system.
