摘要
乌鲁木齐市天然气三期工程是在乌鲁木齐市天然气工程项目建设的基础上
进行的增气扩建工程该工程的实施将形成对乌鲁木齐市三种气源的供气保证
以满足乌鲁木齐地区日益增长的天然气市场需求。同时对乌鲁木齐市城市能源

结构的调整、环境保护、城市安全供气等方面将起到积极的作用。
本工程将引入新疆准噶尔盆地东部的彩南油田、准噶尔盆地腹部及陆东地
区、准东地区的天然气直接输送到乌鲁木齐市。项目建成后由吐哈油田、准
葛尔油田、彩南油田的三种天然气气源向乌鲁木齐市输气年输气量远期规划可

Abstract
The third-phase natural gas project of the Urumqi City is a gas increased
expansion project on the basis of the natural gas project of Urumqi City, the

source in Urumqi to meet the increasing demand for the natural gas market of
