响应面分析法优化茶树菇多糖的提取工艺研究

摘要:研究微波法提取茶树菇多糖的优化提取工艺。以茶树菇粗多糖含量为考察指标,采用响应面分析法优化微
波提取工艺,考察微波辐射频率、微波时间、料液比等 3个因素对茶树菇多糖提取率的影响。茶树菇粗多糖优化提取
工艺为:44倍量水,在微波辐射频率960MHz下微 1 波min。该 6 工艺稳定可行。
