摘要
高速铁路已经成为一种世界化的铁路运输方式,它具有安全可靠、快捷舒适、超大运量、低碳环保的的特点。随着高铁的发展,高铁逐渐的暴露出来一系列问题,这些问题日益受到人民的关注,同时也昭示我们要加强高铁安全管理制度,这也对高铁运行评价体系作出了新的更高的要求。本文着重对我国高铁运行面临的问题进行研究,阐述了在高铁飞速发展的形势下建立安全评估体系的必要性,并根据我国既行高铁运行的具体情况运用层次分析提出一种对既行高铁的评估方法,以期对今后的高铁建设提供一定的指导方向。

Abstract
High-speed rail has e a cosmopolitan way of railway transportation, it is safe and reliable, fast fortable, the characteristics of large capacity, low carbon environmental protection. With the development of high-speed, high-speed gradually exposed a series of problems, these problems by the people more and more attention, and that we must strengthen the high-speed rail safety management system, and it also runs a evaluation system for high-speed rail has made new and higher requirements. This paper study of high-speed operation in our country are faced with the problem, this paper expounds the rapid development in the situation, the necessity of establishing safety assessment system, and according to the specific situations both line for HSR China put forward a kind of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) for the evaluation methods of high-speed rail, and in order to provide certain guidance for high-speed railway construction in the future direction.
