The Products expressed herein is Iraqi Basrah Light Crude Oil, which is provided by STATE OIL ANIZATION under the MINISTRY OF OIL of REPUBLIC OF IRAQ (SOMO) (hereinafter referred to as "SOMO") and the quality of which is specified in the Appendix I of this Agreement.

本协议自签字起生效,协议期限与A方和SOMO公司签订的原油买卖合同的期限一致。
1. This Fee Protection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “FPA”) is issued to Parties B,C,D,E,F (hereinafter referred to as “beneficiary”) for Party A. The beneficiary who acts as intermediary agent between Buyer and Seller is obliged to affirm and warrant that Party A and SOMO essfully signing the Main Contract, and with the assistance of the beneficiary, SOMO fulfills its obligations under the Main Contract. Products provided by SOMO have to be pliance with the quality specified in Appendix I and at the same time such Products price shall satisfy the agreed oil discount within this Agreement. Party A for the aforementioned reasons will missions to the beneficiary.
本佣金保护协议(以下简称“协议”)是为A方与B,C,D,E,F各方(以下简称“受益方”)签订的。受益方作为买方和卖方的中间人有义务确认和保证A方与伊拉克SOMO公司签订原油买卖合同,且在受益方的协助下,SOMO公司履行了该原油买卖合同项下的全部义务,且SOMO公司供应的货物符合本协议附件一中约定的质量规格, 并SOMO公司供应的货物价格同时满足本协议约定的折扣价格,A 方为此愿意支付佣金给受益方。
