第十一届全国创新英语大赛专家研讨会顺利召开

1月7日，北京迎来了20的第一场雪，瑞雪兆丰年，“全国创新英语大赛”专家委员会第二次会议暨“第十一届全国创新英语大赛”命题研讨会在北京顺利召开，研讨会现场就第十一届大赛的出题方向、比赛形式、评分标准标准等方面进行了探讨和确定，会议上专家老师们积极建言献策，为大赛提出不少建设性意见和改进措施。
专家研讨会从下午14点持续到18点，会议伊始全国创新英语大赛主办方《高校招生》杂志社社长何星原致辞，他提出要把大赛办成“高校认可、学校欢迎、学生喜欢”的全国性赛事。会议期间，参会专家们从初赛、复赛、决赛三个大方面进行了详细的探讨。
研讨会上，专家们就全国创新英语大赛作文和口语评分准则进行了探讨，经过热烈地讨论，确定了大赛作文的评分标准，大赛作文将从创新能力、观点内容、组织结构、语言表达、格式规范五大方面进行全面的考察。同时，。
关于复赛考题的考查重点，在注重社会热点和思辨性考查的同时，复赛作文题目的方向应该是青少年共同关注的一些话题，现场专家则更倾向于给选手们提供一次快乐作文的机会，让参赛选手们写他们最愿意写的话题。
关于决赛的讨论建议，专家们认为可在决赛阶段对比赛形式进行多元化的探索，以便更好地完善赛制，全方位考查学生。国家教育部考试中心原主任赵亮宏说：“我们比赛越到最后，越要采取更多的方法，考虑更多，因为我们叫做比赛而不是考试，比赛很大程度跟考试重叠，得避开考试的弊端。只要比赛不管怎么样都会有偶然性，但是我们希望把偶然性减到最少。”
会议最后，专家委员会主任清华大学外文系教授封宗信总结：“首先，全国创新英语大赛的评分标准应该从创新能力、内容、组织结构等层面进行评判；其次，创新英语大赛的‘新’从哪里来？表现在理念上，我们应该吸收新思潮或者接受新理念，借用新方法、具体操作的过程中有新的要求，大赛结束后能让参赛选手、家长、学校对其有新的期待和希望。最后，咱们应该多鼓励学生注重学习交际性英语的培养，更多的从生活环境实践中去学习应用英语。”
“全国创新英语大赛”专家委员会于4月9日正式成立，专家委员会由国内重点高校的英语专家组成。他们定期参与大赛组委会组织的研讨会，为大赛提供包括试题和考试形式等在内的建议。他们同时作为大赛的试题委员会的成员，为大赛编制试题，为大赛的权威做最终的把关。
