摘要
本次我选的课题是监利县名流嘉业阳光城——,该工程建设地点是湖北省荆州市监利县,建筑层数是17层,,,~,地下水对混凝土具有微腐蚀性,根据勘察报告结果,基础采用承台基础,并且还要进行打桩来加深地基承载力。重点研究的内容是选择一个优化方案来达到低成本高收益的作用。在本工程中,我们将积极采用新技术,通过科技进步提高工程科技含量,提高工程总体质量,根据建设部2010年推广的“建筑业10项应用新技术”来指导本工程的施工,做到低成本高质量的优质工程。主要是要学会抓经济,利用高水平的施工组织设计来达到此要求。
运用成本控制的基本理论知识,从项目管理者的角度出发,对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计,使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析,在保证工期和工程质量原则的情况下,来降低施工成本,达到最大的经济效益,运用新技术新工艺即使成本高点,但是工期能缩短,工程质量也有保证。
