THE LEGAL RESEARCH OF THE HOSPITAL REGISTRATION FEE
ABSTRACT
This paper makes a detailed study of the registration fee that has been used for many years in hospital, in order to disclose its legal attribute directly affecting the relation between the hospital and patients. The registration fee plays a role as the earnest and the payment reference in the economic market system. Furthermore, the VIP registration fee has the legal attribute in the exchange of equal values, which is believed to be removed gradually from the public hospital with the deepening of sanitary reform. The registration fee has the reasonable factors for its existence in the medical service, and the improvement of fixing the price of the registration fee should be based on the cost which includes the insurance against the medical damage risk.
The innovations of this paper include the thesis of insurance against the medical damage risk being one part of the registration fee on the basis of making clear of its legal attribute and guaranteeing the relation between the hospital and the patients, which is of the momentous significance on the has the social meaning on the harmony of the medical insurance, the
compensation and the relation between of the hospital and the patients.
