According to statistics,the total number of Chinese students studying abroad has more than 1,000,000. since China adopted the policy of reform and opening to the outside world , after 2000 it accounted for more than 70 percent.
The number of students studying abroad are expected to increase about 30 percent, may exceed 200,000 in
