卷板机的结构设计
摘要
卷板机是一种将金属板材弯卷成筒体、锥体、曲面体或其他形体的通用成型设备,广泛应用于石油、化工、机械制造等领域。近年来, 随着煤炭需求量的增加,市场对矿用提升机、输送机、支架等矿用设备的需求,无论从质量和数量上,都有了更高的要求,滚筒等弧形或圆筒形矿用产品的需求量也日益加大。
本课题的研究是为大同力泰公司改进旧式卷板机的不足,设计生产一台工作能力大、性能可靠、实用性强的卷板机,同时可提高生产率、降低工人劳动强度,满足厂方对板料加工的生产需求。
本课题的研究主要包括以下三方面的内容:
1) 确定总体设计方案。根据企业实际需求,上辊为液压驱动,便于控制速度和压力;卷板能力为20X1900,同时使操作更加简单,降低工人劳动强度,提高设备的使用性能。
2) 在分析金属板料塑性弯曲变形的基础上,对卷板设备进行几何参数、力学参数和工艺参数的分析,并对主要零部件进行计算、校核。
3) 分析卷制力、弯曲半径与上辊压下量之间的关系,为卷制工艺提供科学的依据,为工人实际操作提供参考,同时为实现设备的自动控制提供理论依据。

DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT FOR STRUCTURE
OF THREE- ROLLER PLATE BENDING MACHINE
ABSTRACT
Three-roller plate bending machine can bend plate to a special shape, such as colum,cone,camber and so on,which is widely applied to boiler manufacture,chenical industry and machine years, colum,cone,camber can be used to ,belt conveyer,hoist foundation ect. In Litai limited pany of Datong Coal Mining AdmInistration,For this purpose,a class of Roll Machine has been developed in order to improve the productivity,decrease the work intensity and content the demand of the factory for plate coiling.
The innovations and characteristic in this thesis are represented as following:
First, the whole project of three-roller plate bending machine was designed. According to the demand of the produce,Using hydraulic pressure system have been analyses of the basic loop and hydraulic pressure system have been performed. three-roller plate bending machine can improve form 20X2000 to structure was simplified ,speed and pressure was easily controlled in the precise and quality of the center adjusting and equip of precise and quality of plate coiling was improved,owing to the simplified structure,the operation and maintenance is easy to
carried out.
