宜兴市农村居民点空间格局分析研究
摘要
我国是传统的农业社会,农业是经济的主体,农村居民点是农民聚居的主要形态。然而,
由于我国传统的二元经济结构和社会形态,致使城乡发展长期处于割裂状态,大部分农村建
设缺乏统一规划,农村居民点布局分散,土地利用效率低下,人均占地严重超标……随着城
市化和社会主义新农村建设的推进,农村居民点规划建新将成为改变农村面貌、促进节约集
约用地、统筹城乡发展的关键内容。
基于上述背景,本文以具有典型地域特征的江苏省宜兴市为试验区,选取农村居民点布
局形态各异的八个行政村作为样本点,开展农村居民点用地空间格局相关研究,并针对土地
利用特征和存在问题提出农村居民点规划布局和节约集约用地的对策建议。
论文搜集遥感影像图、土地利用现状图和地形图等基础资料,运用多源、多时点数据配
准融合等方法,提取农村居民点用地图斑,作为研究分析的基础数据;运用景观生态学的定
量分析方法与 GIS 空间分析技术,从乡村空间土地利用和农村居民点用地两个层面对宜兴市
农村居民点用地格局进行静态空间格局分析,并综合多个时相的农村居民点用地斑块影像,
进行农村居民点用地扩展动态格局分析,论证农村居民点用地空间格局与自然环境、经济社
会、政策因素的联系,探讨农村居民点形成与发展的影响因素与驱动机制。
论文揭示了宜兴市农村居民点土地利用特征与存在问题,提出开展农村居民点分区、分
类规划以及促进节约集约用地的建议,为新一轮村镇规划编制、土地利用总体规划修编等工
作提供依据。

Abstract
Our country is a traditional agricultural society. Agriculture is the main part of the
economy. The rural settlements is the main shape which the farmer lives together on.
However, the traditional dual economic structure and social patterns of our country has led to
a long-term fragmented state in urban and rural development. The majority of rural
constructions lack unified planning .The layout of rural settlements is scattered .The factor of
using is low .The average of person occupying land area is seriously exceeding the allowed
figure.......Along with the urbanization and the advancement of new socialist countryside, the
plan and the construction of rural settlements will be a key step to change the rural landscape,
promote using land frugally and intensively, and to coordinate urban and rural development.
Based on the above background, taking Yixing City Jiangsu Province as the study area
which has typical geomorphologic features, the dissertation selects eight administrative
