TITLE: TRAINING
1. Purpose: To define the procedure for identifying the training needs and providing for the training of all personnel performing activities affecting quality.
2. Scope: This procedure applies to the personnel overseeing training need of staff performing activities affecting quality.

4. Responsibility

All Heads of Department are responsible for reviewing the training need to the individual staffs. The respective Manager is responsible for the execution of the training and maintain the training record.
