Abstract: Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule. Methods The analysis column is Diamonsil C18 (200 mm× mm,5μm),the mobile phase is Acetonitrile- mol/L Sodium dihydrogen Phosphate-Triethylamine (26: 74: , and adjust pH to L/min,the detection . External standard method is used for quantitative determination. Results Injecting sample quantity of berberine hydrochloride shoethod is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule.

双黄消炎胶囊处方中以三颗针为君药。双黄消炎胶囊处方:三颗针和黄芩;功能主治:消炎。用于咽喉疼、腹泻、痢疾、慢性痢疾[1]。
三颗针[2]为清热燥湿药,味苦、性寒,归心、肺、肝、大肠经。用于湿热痢疾、腹泻,口舌生疮,火眼赤痛。黄芩[3]为方中臣药,味苦、性寒,归肺、肝、胆、大肠、小肠经。功能清热燥湿,泻火解毒,用于湿热泻痢、目赤翳障。双黄消炎胶囊中两味中药均有较好的治疗作用,两味中药相需配伍,对咽喉疼、腹泻、痢疾、慢性痢疾等治疗起到更好的疗效。三颗针为方中主药,其主要成分为盐酸小檗碱,本次质量研究,拟采用高效液相色谱法测定三颗针中盐酸小檗碱的含量。
1 仪器与试药
仪器日本岛津LC-10ATvp液相色谱仪, SPD-10Avp检测器。浙大N2000色谱工作站;BP211D型精密电子天平(瑞士Sartorious公司)。
对照品盐酸小檗碱对照品中国药品生物制品检定所批号(110713-200208),用面积归一化法测定纯度达99%以上。
供试品由公司研究所提供。
实验中所用乙腈为色谱纯,其余试剂均为分析纯,实验所用水为超纯水。
