智能立体停车场设计
摘要
随着人民生活水平不断提高,我国汽车保有量不断提升,私家车的数量越来越多,在生活小区及办公场所、商场、旅游景点等地方,停车难问题日益突出。解决停车难问题,除了加大基础设施投入(扩建停车场)外,有效地对现有的传统停车场进行智能化、立体化改造,则能解决单纯扩建所带来的占地多,利用率低,找车位难等现实问题。因而建设配套的智能立体停车场,对增加停车位及对其进行有序地管理十分必要,智能立体停车场的建设已经成为大势所趋,将拥有强大的市场需求。
基于上述两点需求,本文设计了一套智能立体停车场系统,通过优先级表的调度算法实现车位的分配与调度,并运用模糊控制实现对汽车存入与取出速度的调节。本文将从整体方案、基于优先级表的算法、基于模糊控制的速度控制、MATLAB仿真等方面进行全面地介绍该系统。智能立体停车场系统是一种高效快捷、公正准确、科学经济的停车场,是停车场对于车辆实行动态和静态管理的综合。从用户角度看,其服务高效、安全、收费透明度高、准确无误;从管理者角度看,其易于操作维护、自动化程度高、大大减轻管理者的劳动强度;从投资者角度看,彻底杜绝失误及任何形式的作弊,防止停车费用流失,投资者的回报有了可靠的保证。

In addition to increasing infrastructure investment construction of new parking lots, intelligent traditional intelligent parking lot and three-dimensional reconstruction, also can relieve the large land occupancy, propel low efficiency, and solve difficulties of finding an available position. The construction of 3-D parking lot and its relative smart management system design which contains a great potential of profits, es a necessary trend for modern cities’ development Based on the two points above, this paper designs a set of intelligent car-park system, realizes the distribution of parking spaces through the priority list of scheduling algorithm, and adjusts the speed of cars based on the fuzzy control theory. This prehensively introduces the priority table algorithm, the fuzzy control of speed control and the MATLAB simulation of the designed system. Intelligent car-park system which is bination of both dynamic and static management is proved to be an efficient, fast, accurate, and economical. It is an efficient, safe, transparent, accurate system
