摘  要
 
随着市场经济体制的建立,我国酒店业得到了迅速的发展。酒店行业发展蒸蒸日上,但忻在管理水平和服务质量和国际上有名的星级酒店相比还存О在着一定的差距,尤其是采购成本管理方面。酒店采购管阂理作为酒店成本控制的第一关,其成本的高低将直接影响酒店利润,对于降低酒店经营成本的支出起着重要的作用,也是酒店价格定位的基础。加强成本的控制是我国酒店跺行业成本管理的关键,不断的降低经营成本和控制成本费蓟用支出是提高酒店经济效益和增强竞争力的重要手段。而蔷目前看来采购是酒店管理薄弱环节,确是经营的关键环节,应当引起酒店服务业的重视。
