摘要
本次化工工艺设计,设计了以对硝基氯苯、甲醇和氢氧化钠为原料,以苄基三乙基氯化铵(TEBAC)作相转移催化剂,在常压下搅拌回流合成对硝基苯甲醚的工艺路线。设计书中对比了不同的原料配比、不同的碱浓度、不同类的催化剂以及不同放大比对产品质量和产率的影响,选择了最优的方案进行工业化放大,论证了工业放大的可行性。
主要设计内容在:全流程物料衡算,热量衡算,设备设计与选型,流程设计及车间布置设计。对全流程的热量进行了衡算,确定了反应设备所需要的传热面积,又对全流程进行了物料衡算,结合所需传热面积,确定了反应器的参数。本设计书根据设计要求和关键参数,设计了合理的工艺流程,绘制了工艺流程图。本设计书还给出了原料定额表、排出物料综合表、原料消耗综合表,并根据产品及原料的物化性质,给出了常用的安全的产品包装、储藏、运输方式和安全注意事项。

Abstract
This design document according to the design requirements and key parameters, design presents a reasonable flow, and puter draw with process control point of the process flow diagram. The PDD also discharged fixed tables, raw materials prehensive tables, the consumption of raw materials, and depending on the product table and the physical and chemical properties of raw materials, a well-known security products packaging, storage, transport and security considerations.
This design document is mainly designed to on dinitrochlorobenzene, methanol and sodium hydroxide as raw material, benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride for phase-transfer catalysts, in atmospheric pressure synthesis of p-anisidine route. Design of focused primarily at: the whole process of material balance, caloric, equipment design and selection, process design and layout design workshop.
Design pares the position, different alkali concentration, different types of catalyst on product quality and yield, chose the best programmes for industrialized magnify, demonstrates the feasibility of industrial amplification. On the whole process of heat for accountancy, determines the reaction equipment needed for the heat transfer area, on the whole process material balance, combined with the required heat transfer area, design stereotypia the reactor parameters.
