摘要
工业生产中,一些生产工艺会得到工业盐。这部分资源我们可以加以利用。本次的实验就是讲工业盐提纯,然后制作成融雪剂。提纯使用的方法是锻烧法。融雪剂主要分为氯盐型、非氯盐型和复合型三大类。第一代产品以氯化钠为主,价格低廉,来源丰富,采用普遍;第二代产品以氯化钙或氯化镁为主。氯化钙与氯化钠相比,价格相对较低,对环境的不利影响相对较小;第三代产品以非氯盐为主。包括醋酸盐,羧酸盐等;第四代产品以有机与无机复合为主。比如柠檬酸盐、乙二醇和蛋白等有机物与无机盐的混合产品;第五代产品以有机物为主。比如醇和水的混合物,有时加入一定量的丙酮。有机活性物质可有效抑制无机盐对金属材料及路面的腐蚀。我们制作的是缓蚀型氯化钠融雪剂。

ABSTRACT
In industrial production, some of the production process have industrial salt. We can use this part of the resources . This experiment is about the purification of industrial salt, and then making industrial salt into snow melting agent. The purification method is the calcination method. Snow melting agent is divided into three categories ,as chloride type, non-chloride posite. The first generation product is mainly sodium is inexpensive, rich source and widespread. Second generation product is mainly calcium chloride or magnesium chloride. The price of calcium chloride is relatively low, the adverse impact of environment is relatively small. The third generation product is mainly non-chloride. Acetate, carboxylic acid salt. The fourth generation product is anic and pound. For example, a mixture anic and anic salts of citrate, ethylene glycol, and protein products. The fifth generation product is anic. For example, a mixture of alcohol and water, sometimes with a certain amount of acetone. anic active substances can effectively inhibit the anic salts on the corrosion of metallic materials and road. We produced the corrosion and sodium chloride snow melting agent.
