通辽站更换提速组合道岔施工方案的研究

摘 要
本文比较科学合理地提出了通辽站提速改造施工中通辽站客场西部咽喉组合道彷更换的施工方法。
根据现场作业站线运输业务繁忙,场地狭窄的特点,引进了系统工程决策中常用的决策的方法——层次分析法(简称AHP),对常用的五种道岔更换施工方法进行了建模分析计算,最终确定了“解体施工、分散预制、中间过渡、连续施工”的总体施工方案。并通过优化更换道岔施工方案,充分发挥工作积极性,设计制造了不少新型施工机具,降低了成本,减少了劳动量,发挥了很好得效益,并保证了施工的质量和安全。经工后总结,取得了较明显的效果。
从提速道佾预铺位置、推进过程、劳力分配等方面,制定了详细的施工安全、技术、组织措施。通过优化施工程序,保证了工程掩工安全优质地完成,通过合理分解工序和劳力组合驭得了较高的经济效益。
按照安全、经济的的原则,结合本次施工的难点,探讨了层次分析法的在方案比选中优越性和道翁更换过程中的要点,并根掘作者的经验提出了一些建议,希望可以为类似的工程提供一定的参考和指导。

Based on the fact of busy transportation and the confined fi led,the paper adopets prevalent decision—making method—— Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyse and calculate the five construetion scheme of“disjointing switch to construct,prefabricate dispersedly,transition in the middle and continuous costruction”is is reduced and quality and safety id ensured to optimize the scheme and design new construction machines and construction effect i s
obvious.
The paper begins with the investigation of the location of current switches analyses the technical factors of locale collcoation,the traveling crane requirements and switches. And then the location design of is optimized, which makes the not onlY meet with the technical standards but also decrease the cost the rep—aerat ion of operating equipments.
The paper detaJls the construction safety,technique anization methods from some aspects such as the location,the pushing process, and the labor Is promised the perfect plishment of engineering construction may reach by optimizing the construction program,and that a better economy effect may get through reasonablY posing the working procedure and al 1 oy of work force.
