新视野下的数学教师专业成长-教育学专业论文.docx

摘 要
随着整个社会发生的深刻变化,知识经济的来临、信息技术的突飞猛进,人才观、发展观发生了根本的改变,人本主义,终身学习的理念渐入人心,传统的教育观念、,教师角色观念、,,教师如何实现专业成长的问题日益受到许多国家的重视,也已成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,更是当前教育改革实践中提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题.
教师专业成长是指教师作为专业人员不断完善自身专业素养的过程,专业素养包括专业知识、专业技能、专业情意以及自反思与改进四方面,其中以教师的自我反思与改进最为重要.“数学教师的专业成长”是指:数学教师在其职业生涯中通过不断的学习及对数学教育教学的实践—反思—实践的螺旋式反复,不断提升自身的专业水平,持续发展,达致数学教育教学专业成熟的过程.
新课程的实施,信息技术的革命,成人学习理论取得的新进展,后现代主义思潮的涌现构成了教师专业成长的新理念;数学教师专业成长的策略转变、技术变革以及途径的变化等构成了数学教师专业成长的新视野.
国人由美国心理学家波斯纳提出教师成长的公式:“成长=经验+反思”衍生出一个似乎更利于操作的公式“学习+实践+反思=成长”,本研究参阅与分析大量有关的文献资料,分别就数学教师的学习、实践、反思结合相应的案例展开较为详尽的阐述与研究,同时就数学教师专业成长的诊断和规划也作了一定程度的探讨.
本文研究的思路为:数学—→数学教师—→数学教师专业成长的新视野—→,首先指出数学学科的特点;接着将分析数学教师所承担的角色;进而考察数学教师专业成长的新视野;,更是希望对数学教师的成长——尤其作为“人”的发展有一个更为人文的理解与评价.

Abstract
With the profound changes in the whole society, the arrival of the knowledge economy, and the great progress in information technology, the concept of the talented and development have pletely. The notion of humanisms and life long study has been deeply rooted in people’s heart. The traditional concept of education and teaching can hardly meet the demand of the social expectations. So, in a sense, whether teachers can change their roles and whether teachers can make some changes is the main factor of the question whether teachers can adapt to the new time. The reform and development in education have to be achieved through the practice of teachers, which has got the general identification of all the countries. So, in recently years, how teachers can gain professional development has drawn the attention from many countries, and has e the tendency of the reform in teaching. It is an assignment of great theoretical significance put forward during the practice of educational reform.
