1. 序言
管板是换热器中经常遇到的典型零件之一。它在其中主要用于承受管程和壳程的压力差及管箱法兰的连接,受力情况比较复杂,同时还要保证与管子连接的严密性,所以对管板及其上的管孔有明确的技术要求。
管板多数是圆形,上面钻有多孔,法兰部分加工要求精度相对较高,其技术要求与一般法兰一样。管板法兰式换热器中重要的部件之一,在换热器制造成本中占有相当大的比重。
下面就以管板兼做法兰为例,介绍一般的加工工艺。
(1)使学生能独立分析管板类零件的工艺与技术要求;
(2)会拟定加工工艺路线;
(3)能使用机床进行管板的实际加工;
2. 零件工艺分析

零件功能分析
管板兼做法兰是机械结构中用于支撑管程、承受压力差的重要零件之一,其加工质量直接影响到换热器的使用性能和精度。它的主要表面是上下两端面,法兰部位要求加工精度较高,最主要的是管孔的加工,车削是外圆加工的主要方法,钻、绞是孔的主要加工方法。加工时对孔群的要求较高,其加工质量要满足技术要求。
零件结构分析
图1所示零件是本课题的管板兼做法兰。它大致结构可以看作为管板与法兰组装而成的台阶法兰盘,由圆柱面、孔端面、法兰端面、孔面、螺纹、倒角等组成。孔端面一般用来加工孔的,法兰端面是用于密封相连,孔面用于与管子
相配合并支撑管子,螺纹用于与拉杆相连。根据该零件工作图,需要有较高的尺寸精度和形状位置
