皖西革命老区新农村电子商务发展研究
摘要: 随着城市化进程推进和新农村建设步伐加快,发展新农村电子商务已经迫在眉睫。本文以皖西革命老区为研究对象,分析了新农村电子商务需求以及特点,并广泛调研国内外电子商务发展现状,以新农村电子商务发展模式为出发点,从城市背景、发展前景、发展模式以及困难点等方面分析论证。通过对皖西革命老区农村电子商务发展的研究,不仅为皖西地区农村电子商务发展提供有力参考模型,而且,也将获取和总结出适合中国国情的新农村最佳实施方法和业务实践。
abstract: with the promotion of urbanization process and acceleration of the pace of new rural construction, the development of new rural merce is extremely urgent. taking old revolutionary base areas in western anhui as research object, this paper analyzes the needs and characteristics of new rural merce, makes extensive investigation on status of merce development at home and abroad, and makes demonstration from the urban context, the prospects for development, patterns of development and difficulties and other aspects, taking new development model of rural merce as starting point, not only providing a strong reference model for rural merce development in western anhui, but also will also obtain and summarize new rural best practice methods and business practices which is suitable for china’s national conditions.

0 引言
21世纪,电子商务已经进入了快速发展的阶段,据国内知名第三方电子商务研究机构中国电子商务研究中心发布的《2011年度中国电子商务市场数据监测报告》报告显示,截止到2011年12月,中国电子商务市场交易额达6万亿元,同比增长33%,其中,,同比增长29%[1]。专家预计中国电子商务未来将保持年均20%以上增长速度,到2015年电子商务规模将接近13万亿元。
