1. Introduction
Background
Leisure Leaders plc is proposing to develop a theme park with a projected capacity of 5000 visitors per day and at a capital development cost of £750 million. The 100 acre site 15 miles west of Changsha is judged to be suitable. pany missioned an agency to conduct marketing research into the feasibility of establishing the theme park. Initial research shows that in order to be viable, the park must have the support of the population within the local area. and the first stage of the process is to gather relevant primary and secondary data from local people to know about their attitudes on building it. Once the necessary information has been gathered, analysed and presented, pany will then be in a positon to decide whether or not to proceed with the venture.
