摘要
根据办公楼设计规范和其它相关标准,以及设计要求和提供的地质资料,设计该框架结构办公楼。按照先建筑后结构,先整体布局后局部节点设计步骤设计。
本建筑为贵州省望谟建委办公楼设计,框架结构,建筑面积为1685m2,,主体大楼为三层,局部四层。。抗震设防烈度7度,抗震等级三级。结构类型为框架结构,墙体为混凝空心土砌块。

本建筑顶层布置有约为200平方米面积的大会议室,其他各层均为70平方米以下面积办公设计。楼梯采用板式楼梯,全部为防火楼梯,基础为独立基础和双柱联合基础。
在建筑设计的过程中,本着适用、美观、经济的原则,参考国家标准规范和相关资料,严格遵循相关建筑设计规范的要求,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。主要设计内容包括建筑平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计及楼面、楼梯设计等。
结构方案采用框架结构。主要包括结构平面布置及计算简图确定、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合,主梁截面设计和配筋计算、框架柱截面设计和配筋计算、次梁截面设计配筋计算、楼梯设计,基础设计等。其中采用D值法计算在水平荷载作用下的结构内力;采用分配法计算竖向荷载(恒载和活载)作用下的结构内力。用PKPM软件计算结构设计信息、周期、震型、地震力、结构位移、楼面板设计。
