Abstract
Construction project environmental impact assessment is the whole process of the potential environmental impact prediction , analysis, argument in the decision-making phase, construction phase, operational phase, and on this basis,make out the appropriate preventive measures and countermeasures. According to the relevant laws and regulations in china, the construction project environmental assessment is an indispensable element of the reconstruction of the village in Wen munity, so 〝 A study on environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction of the village in Wen munity 〞is chosen as title.
In this paper, mainly use socio-economic survey, dynamic economic analysis, and bination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and other research methods. Firstly, research the theory of the construction project environmental impact assessment, and then systematically describes the literature of domestic and international environmental impact assessment of construction project in principles, methods and content ,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the paper. Secondly, adopt proper evaluation methods, combined with the basic condition of the construction project of reconstruction of village in Wen munity, to obtain the objective results of environmental impact evaluation of the construction project.
