柳林镇公路隧道初步设计
摘要
交通是国家基础建设的重要的设施,在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。近年来随着我国社会经济快速发展,使得人们对交通设施建设的标准也越来越来高,在道路的修建中也越来越来重视行车的舒适性和环保,同时也要求提高其抵抗灾害的能力。针对交通需求的高涨,解决好路面交通的规划和修建,是目前急需研究的课题之一。而隧道是交通线上重要的组成部分,它被广泛地应用于公路、铁路、矿山、水利、市政和国防等方面。随着现代化高速公路的发展,它在公路工程中的作用和地位日益重要。它对优化道路线形、缩短公路里程有重大影响,同时对促进周遍地区环境保护,景观美化,当地经济发展及国防建设也具有深远影响。
根据设计任务书所提供的资料,按照规范上的要求,确定隧道的几何线形和结构构造。柳林镇公路隧道长度为1725m,单面坡隧道,坡度为-%。隧道洞门采用翼墙式洞门,材料选用M10水泥砂浆砌片石。并以结构力学与岩体力学为基础,结合工程实践进行隧道衬砌结构设计计算。隧道衬砌采用复合式衬砌,隧道初期支护采用锚喷支护,二次衬砌采用模筑混凝土或模筑钢筋混凝土,衬砌断面采用三心圆曲墙式衬砌,仰拱厚度与拱墙厚度相等。为确保运营安全,以《公路隧道通风照明设计规范》(JTJ -1999)为依据,进行隧道通风设计计算并采用利用系数法进行照明验算。通风方式采用1120射流风机,按9组布置两侧对称布置,从洞口213m开始布置,间距为168m。隧道照明划分为入口段、过渡段、中间段、和出口段五个部分,并采用水泥混凝土路面进行照明设计。
