1、结构特点
该吊车操作室结构主要由六个面的钢板组成,不需要承受很大的载荷,上板有吊耳,运输时需要承受很大的载荷。吊耳本身的强度是结构设计中的关键问题。
(1)长度、高度、宽度尺寸不应超过允许偏差。
(2)底板与地面的平行度不应超过允许偏差值;支撑板的垂直度偏差、构件长度方向的扭曲偏差均不应超出规定偏差。
(3)各零件间装配间隙及角度的偏差,不能超出规定。
(4)焊缝外形尺寸偏差及焊接缺陷、各零件的局部变形量均不能超出规定。
在上述技术条件中,焊接变形是造成难以满足要求的主要原因。工艺设计时不应该依靠焊后的矫正来达到技术条件,而主要靠采用合理的备料、装配—焊接顺序及工艺来预防焊后变形。
2、结构制造符合的技术要求
化学成分、力学性能、技术条件应分别符合GB/T700—1988《碳素结构钢》、GB/T1591—1994《地很近高强度结构钢技术条
