摘要
本文针对我国北方一年两熟地区玉米免耕播种和深松单独作业时出现的问题,分析了二者联合作业的可行性,设计了一种适合于我国北方一年两熟地区的玉米免耕播种深松联合作业机。该机一次作业可以完成种床秸秆清理、开沟、施肥、播种、覆土、镇压和深松等多道工序,解决了玉米免耕播种和深松单独作业带来的作业次数多、土壤重复压实和功率消耗大等问题,促进了玉米的生长。
通过对藻松基本理论的分析,提出了机具深松机构的设计方案,并对联合作业机的其它关键部件进行了介绍。同时,对联合作业机的整机受力和功率消耗进行了分析,结果表明,联合作业机各关键部件结构设计合理,整机受力及动力配备满足要求。
对玉米免耕播种和深松联合作业与二者单独作业进行了一系列对比试验。田间试验结果表明, 玉米免耕播种和深松联合作业在技术上可行,联合作业机通过对不同类型深松铲的使用可以满足不同深松条件的需求。

Abstract
Aiming at the problems which will appear when seeding and subsoiling pleted solely in two crops a year region of northem China,this paper analyses bine operation’s feasibility of seeding and subsoiling,and a new drilling and bine machine for no-tillage maize,which can be used in two crops a year region of northern China,was CRU plete all field works of pushing aside the stalk,ditching,fertilizing,seeding,coveting the soil,squashing the soil and subsoiling,solving some problems such as more pacting the soil,increment of power consumption,speeding the growth of fit-tillage maize.
Through studying ou basic theory of subsoihng,the paper advances design scheme of subsoiling stn】cture and introduces other key parts of bine paper also anMyzes bine machine’s overall be撕ng force and power results show that all the key pans’ structures are reasonable,the overall bearing force and power distribution of the machine meet the design need.
A series of eontrastive tests bine and sole operation of drilling and subsoiling are set
up,Field tests make out that bine operation of drilling and subsoiling is feasible technically,
throwIgh using different loosen soil shovels,bine machine can meet varied demands of subsoiling.
