瓦斯隧道塌方处理关键技术研究

摘要: 由于煤属于软岩,强度较低,容易塌方,且塌方后大量瓦斯涌出,容易引起火灾等工程事故,所
以瓦斯隧道的塌方处理水平要求更高。以蛟岭隧道为例,针对施工过程中遇到的涌水、煤层段、瓦斯等
工程地质问题以及隧道左线 ZK83 + 058~ZK83 + 400 和右线 YK83 + 044~ YK83 + 250 软弱煤系地层出现
的塌方,重点研究了在处理塌方时瓦斯的测定,通风设计,煤与瓦斯的防突防爆及气密性混凝土性质。
得到在塌方处容易积聚瓦斯、采取超前注浆止住瓦斯渗出和辅料与硅灰双掺作为气密性混凝土在防止
瓦斯渗2漏2具有良好的作用。此结论为公2路2瓦斯隧道塌方和防治提供技术参考。
