基于PC-PLC配料控制系统的设计研究
摘要
本课题为自动配料自动控制系统的研制。随着经济的发展自动配料自动控制系统在诸多行业的工业生产中得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了一种全新的配料系统,它采用上下位机的结构模式,以PC机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机,论文主要内容包括系统总体方案的选择、硬件选择和软件设计等。
首先,通过对比分析集散控制系统和计算机集中控制系统各自的特点,确定系统的总体设计方案为基于集散控制系统的思想,以集中控制和分散管理为指导原则,选用计算机和PLC构成上下位机的结构形式,从而实现系统自动控制的目标。其次,介绍了系统硬件的选择,包括上下位机的选择、传感器选择和称重显示仪选择。上位机本着经济实用、满足要求的原则,通过比较工控机和品牌个人电脑,决定选用品牌电脑。下位机主要是完成生产控制,通过对比分析选用德国西门子公司的S7—200系列PLC。PLC的高可靠性可以很好地满足控制要求。传感器选用电阻应变式称重传感器,选用时主要考虑量程和精度两项指标,最后是控制算法和PLC的控制流程。本方案的生产效率和控制精度相对较高,对各行业中的配料生产有着很好的借鉴和指导应用作用。

The Research and Design of Feed Batching Automatic Control System Based on PLC
ABSTRACT
This project is the innovation of automatic control system of feed batch. With the development of economy, batching system controlled puter is put into use widely in feed industry. A new batching system is introduced which uses the new structure model of high level and low puter, PC—high puter, PLC—low puter. It involves general system design, software and hardware design.
Firstly general system design, the general design scheme is defined paring and analyzing total distributed control system and concentrated control system puter in properties and using scopes, take all together under the control and decentralize administration as governing principle, select and use the structure that take puter and PLC as high and low machine, attains system control objectives thereby. Secondly how to choose system hardware, hardware involves the choosing of high level and low puter, communication hardware, sensor and weight indicator, the select of high puter based on the principle that satisfying the dema
