我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价综合研究
摘要
在知识经济条件下,技术创新能力已成为企业获取利润与发展的源泉,尤其是对高新技术上市企业,因为高新技术企业是由处在时代前沿的先导性技术发展起来的企业,技术创新能力是其竞争力的核心,而高新技术企业是否具有竞争力主要还是取决于其自身技术创新能力的大小。目前,我国对高新技术上市企业的评价仍以财务评价为主,但其存在的问题也比较明显;因此,引入非财务指标的上市企业评价体系即体现其发展潜力的技术创新能力评价体系就显得极为必要。正是基于上面的考虑,本文选择了“我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价”进行研究。
本文共分为五大部分内容。第一部分,绪论;第二部分,论文的基本理论。第三部分,从我国高新技术上市企业的实际出发,设计我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,构建了整个论文的理论框架。运用密切值法,在已有理论的基础上,建立高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价模型,最后通过实例分析应用该模型。第四部分,运用未确知测度评价模型,对企业进行技术创新风险评价。第五部分,运用AHP方法和多级模糊数学评价模型对企业技术创新效果进行评价。
本文通过对我国高新上市企业进行技术创新能力评价研究,一方面可以更好地促进投资者进行理性投资和其它企业选择合适的供应商或战略合作伙伴;另一方面,有助于高新企业管理者分析自身技术创新能力状况和确定技术能力发展目标;最后,能为监管部门加强管理提供参考依据。
