摘 要
兰州作为丝绸之路上的重要商埠,自古以来就是西北的文化商业中心和物流集散地。特别是近年来,兰州依托明显的区位优势、产业优势和丰富的资源优势,进一步加快了商贸物流业的发展。在外贸进出口高速增长的同时,城乡消费品市场保持了繁荣稳定的良好态势,消费启动内需,拉动经济增长的作用进一步增强,以商贸物流业为龙头的第三产业,在城市经济及整个国民经济中的比重不断增长,商贸物流园区的规划建设日益重要。
本文以兰州毅德国际商贸城这一商贸物流园区规划为研究对象,首先从国内外研究现状入手,提炼出城市物流园区规划的理论基础。其次通过分析城市商贸物流园区的布局规划和区位特性评价等因素系统的对城市商贸物流园区进行总体规划研究。再次通过建立数学模型,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对兰州毅德国际商贸城规划方案进行评价,为兰州毅德国际商贸城方案评选提供科学的评价依据。

Abstract
Lanzhou as an mercial port on the Silk Road, the ancient culture of the Northwest business center and logistics hub. Especially in recent years, Lanzhou relying obvious geographical advantages, industry advantages and rich resources, and further accelerate the development of trade and logistics industry. Rapid growth in foreign trade at the same time, urban and rural consumer goods market maintained a good momentum of prosperity and stability, the growth of domestic consumption and stimulate economic growth and further enhance the role, to trade and logistics industry as a leader of the tertiary industry in the city and the entire national economy the proportion of the growing trade and logistics park planning and construction of increasingly important.
