秸秆焚烧环境管理方案
摘要
每年到了夏收季节和秋收季节,农村各地就开始频繁出现焚烧秸秆的现象。焚烧秸秆从最早开始就已经成为农民处理自家地里秸秆一种传统的做法,由于焚烧不仅省时经济,而且不需花费大量劳动力,采用焚烧这种方法,直到现在还是农民处理自家地里秸秆的主要方法。近些年来,大气环境质量越来越来差劲,焚烧秸秆引起的大气环境问题逐渐引起了国家的重视和大家的普遍关注。殊不知秸秆的燃烧对环境的危害极大,首先是污染大气。一般而言,我国农村的空气质量要好于城市,但由于燃烧秸秆,使得空气中烟尘、颗粒物和其他污染物的浓度急剧增加,空气质量迅速下降,不利于人体健康。其次是降低大气能见度,妨碍交通,特别是机场飞机的起降和高速公路上汽车的行驶。为此本文将从以下四个方面:一,农民为什么烧秸秆?二,焚烧秸秆带来的危害。三,怎么样来处理秸秆。四,怎样来引导农民不烧秸秆。并且结合所学的环境管理学知识来对秸秆焚烧环境管理方案进行阐述。

When the summer season or the harvest es,the phenomenon of burning straw in the countryside is frequent .Burning straw from the beginning has been a traditional approach for farmers to deal with their own straw from their crops fields .
