斗式提升机具有输送量大,提升高度高,运行平稳可靠,寿命长显著优点。广泛地应用于建村、电力、冶金、机械、化工、轻工、有色金属、粮食等各工业部门。
TDG400斗式提升机是应用较为广泛斗式提升机的一种,它被用来提升各种干散粉状物料或小粒状物料,如:水泥、生料、矿渣微粉、碎石、化肥、粮食等。
本课题根据设计任务进行生产能力计算,完成总体方案论证及设计:包括运行部件、驱动装置、上部装置、中部机壳、下部装置、保护装置的设计。设计而成的TDG400型提升机符合国家的有关标准,完全满足性能要求。

ABSTRACT
The bucket elevator has the advantages of big conveying capacity, high hoisting height,stable and reliable running and long working life. It is widely used in the construction village, power, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals, light industry, metals, food and other industries.
TDG400 bucket elevator is applied more widely as a bucket elevator, which is used to enhance a variety of dry bulk materials or small granular powder materials, such as: cement, raw materials, slag, gravel, fertilizer, grain and so on.
The subject of capacity calculations according to the design tasks plete the demonstration and design of the overall program: including ponents, drive unit, upper unit, the central case, the lower device, protection device. Design made of TDG400 hoist conform to the relevant standard, fully meet the performance requirements.
