摘要
应用HPLC法对吗丁啉中多潘立酮进行含量测定。选用Kromasil C18色谱柱(5 μm,250 mm× mm),甲醇-水(3:1)为流动相,检测波长为287 nm, mL/min。多潘立酮在25 μg/mL-125 μg/mL(r=)浓度范围内成良好的线性关系,%(n=6),RSD=%。通过专属性实验验证多潘立酮是否可以用HPLC来测定含量,通过精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验验证该色谱仪是否可以用做测定含量实验。结果表明精密度良好,样品供试液稳定性良好,样品供试液重复性良好。本方法快速、简便、灵敏,结果准确,可用于多潘立酮片的质量控制。因此可以考虑用高效液相色谱法来测定样品的含量。

Abstract
Application of HPLC method domperidone domperidone to determine the content. Optional Kromasil C18(5μm,250× mm)was used,and the Meoh-eater(3:1)was served as the mobile phase, detection wavelength was 287nm and it’s flow rate was linearity range was within 25 μg/mL-125 μg/mL(r=),in the concentration range of the linear relationship between the average recovery was %(n=6),RSD=%. Experiment specificity domperidone whether by HPLC to determine the content, through precision test, stability test,verify repeatability chromatography can be used as the determination of the results show good precision,sample test solution for good stability,good reproducibility sample for the test solution, the average recovery of high method is rapid,simple, sensitive,accurate and can be used for quality control of domperidone tablets. Therefore,consider using high-performance liquid chroma to graphy to determine the content of the sample.
