深圳某员工激励问题研究
摘要
在目前用工荒的大背景下,现在的中小型企业中存在招工困难,人员流动大,员工积极性责任心低等问题,本文通过对某的调研,分析了某现阶段存在问题的原因所在,应用激励理论来解决某所面对的员工激励问题。通过对激励理论的研究,结合了某的情况,本文提出了某激励改革的方法。这些方法也可以应用到其他的中小型企业,使企业能够更高效运转,来创造更大的经济效益。

Abstract
Nowadays,under the background of serious waste of labor,the small and medium enterprise now face with problems such as having difficult to dismiss workers, movement of large, motivate and responsibility of the staff is low. This article through investigation and study of the Huicheng embroidery factory, analyzes the existing problems of embroidery factory and use the motivation theory to solve the problem of encouragement in Huicheng embroidery factory. Through the research on incentive theory, combined with the situation of the factory, this paper puts forward the way how to impel personnel and reform the methods can also be applied to other small and medium-sized enterprise, enable the enterprise to more efficient operation, and to create more economic benefit.
