Abstract: The concept Scientific Management , which was firstly proposed by Taylor, has something related to the concept Efficient M anagement , but is not all the content of it. Scientific management stresses scientific methods used in management, it is different from the method of management that only depends on experience. Efficient management means understanding conforms to the law of development of the things, its external manifestation is the healthy develop ment of the object of management. Scientific management is called basic works of management , which is a part of ef ficient management that is more likely to be an art. There is no management method and model active forever.
