Φ273-R254-90°短半径弯头坡口装置设计
摘要
本次的设计是对国内外坡口装置现状、切割坡口中现有的实际问题研究,做出了详细的分析和介绍,为了提高坡口质量、加工效率以及满足市场的要求,所以设计了一款可以满足Φ273-R25490°短半径弯头坡口装置设计。
给弯头坡口是为了保证焊接的质量,避免由于弯头壁厚过大导致焊不透,以及弯头工件存在缺陷影响加工质量等问题。我的任务是:设计一台对Φ273-R25490°短半径弯头这个特殊的管件进行坡口的装置。如今,不仅管道系统应用越来越广泛,而且管道的尺寸日益增大,在这样的一个形势下,坡口技术也越来越重要,坡口装置亦越来越先进。传统的坡口加工方法主要是采用火焰切割或气割等方式,然而这样的加工方法存在很大的弊端,那就是加工的坡口面很粗糙。为了解决这问题,经过几十年不断地努力,我国取得了很大的进步——采用机械加工的方式进行坡口加工。在这次的设计中我采用机械加工,针对我的题目设计了v带轮传动、齿轮传动、浮动刀头、专用液压夹紧装置等。

Abstract
The design is on the groove device at home and abroad present situation, the practical problems existing in the research of cutting slope mouth, has made the detailed analysis and introduction, in order to improve the quality of groove, the machining efficiency and meet the requirements of the market, so designed a model can satisfy the Φ 273-90 ° R254 short radius elbow groove device design.
In order to ensure the quality of the welding, avoid the defects of the elbow wall thickness and the defects affecting the machining quality. My task is to: design a Φ 273-90 ° R254 short radius elbow this special pipe fittings for bevel gear. Nowadays, not only pipeline system application is more and more widely, and the size of the pipeline, in such a situation, groove technology is also more and more important, the bevel gear is also more and more advanced. The traditional groove processing method is mainly using flame cutting or gas cutting. However, there is a big disadvantage in this method, which is that the groove face is very rough. In order to solve this problem, after several decades of continuous efforts, China has made great progress in the process of machining by means of mechanical processing. In this design, I adopted mechanical processing, and designed v belt wheel drive, gear transmission, floating tool head and special hydraulic clamping device for my subject.
