摘要
在经济日益发展的今天,管道已经被越来越多的领域所应用到了,其中包括了海洋经济、石油化工生产建设、城市化建设中的天然气运输等,成为了发展经济的又一必需品。此次设计就是分析了国内外弯头坡口装置的现状,切削坡口时的优缺点,构思了一种加工质量、生产能力都能满足市场需求的一种弯头坡口装置设计。并分析了该装置的相关理论,整体结构,工作原理及本课题研究的关键电动机的选择、装置机床的计算设计、夹紧装置的计算设计。主要包括机床的总体布局设计、电动机的计算选取、切削力的计算、V带传动的设计计算、轴承的计算选取、齿轮的设计计算、夹紧装置的设计计算、进给装置的设计计算等。其中还包括了浮动刀架的设计这一创新点,利用浮动刀架可以做到对加工件不规则的形状和有缺陷的管件都能保证按照工艺要求的加工。从而设计完成了弯头坡口加工装置。

Abstract
In today's economy growing, the pipe has been applied to by more and more fields, including the Marine economy, petroleum chemical industry production and construction, urbanization construction of natural gas transportation, has e another necessity of economic development. This design is to analyze the present situation of bend groove device at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of when the cutting groove, conceived a processing quality and production capacity can meet the market demand of a bend the bevel gear design. This paper analyzes the theory of the device, the overall structure, the working principle and the choice of the key motor, the calculation of the machine tool and the calculation design of the clamping device. Mainly includes the general layout design of the machine tool, the selection calculation, the calculation of cutting force of the motor, V belt transmission design and calculation, the calculation of bearing selection, the design and calculation of the wheel, the design calculation of clamping device, the design calculation of feeding device, etc. It also includes the design of the floating tool holder, which can ensure that the irregular shape of the workpiece and the defective pipe fittings can be processed according to the process , the machining equipment of elbow groove is designed.
